Only guests indicated in the original reservation and at check-in are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Any additional overnight guests must be approved.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
LEGAL REGISTRATION: as an authorized tourist accommodation in Castellón, we have the obligation to verify the identity documents of each client and register them in the 'traveller registry' of the Civil Guard Corps, according to article 29 of Decree 159/2012.

MAKING A RESERVATION
Our automatic system for calculating availability and prices will allow you to choose the accommodation that interests you and immediately make your online reservation.
Down payment: To reserve your chosen accommodation, select it and include the information requested. If you finally want to book the accommodation, a first online payment by credit card may be requested, represented as a percentage of the total amount. If the credit card provided is not valid and said charge is not formalized through the Tierra de Arte payment gateway, the reservation will not be confirmed.
Reservation confirmation: Once the initial payment has been made, if the reservation conditions require it, the reservation will be confirmed instantly and you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your reservation (reservation details, address accommodation, contact person details, etc.).
Final payment: The entire accommodation must be paid once the refundable cancellation policy specified in your reservation has been met, and possibly, before your arrival at the selected accommodation, this payment request may reach you through a secure payment link, in compliance with the legislation of the European Union that regulates the provision of payment services and electronic payment transactions, transposed into the Spanish legal system through Royal Decree Law 19/2018 on payment services and other urgent measures in financial matters.
PRICES
Prices are always shown in EUROS (€) and may vary depending on the time of year or special events, depending on each of the accommodations. Therefore, Tierra de Arte reserves the right to change them, updating them automatically on the website.
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
The guest must inform Tierra de Arte of their expected arrival time at least 24 hours before the start of the stay. Tierra de Arte is not responsible for delays or inconveniences that may be caused by lack of information. Additional check-in fees may apply for a specific arrival, as mentioned in the reservation.
Upon departure, guests must vacate the accommodation with all luggage. Tierra de Arte reserves the right to remove from the accommodation any luggage that is still there after the departure time, and/or claim from the client a penalty that may be withheld from the amount of the Damage Deposit.
DAMAGE BOND
A damage deposit must be paid prior to arrival. The amount will be fully refunded within a maximum period of 7 days, if there are no damages or claims.
CLEANING
Tierra de Arte works with professional cleaning and laundry services that follow health protocols according to Spanish guidelines.
Upon departure, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition, with all rubbish removed and kitchen utensils clean. If these rules are not respected, additional cleaning costs may be required.
It is prohibited to leave garbage bags in the accommodation, at the entrance or in any common area of the accommodation. Garbage must be left in closed plastic bags on the street forks.
GUEST BEHAVIOR
Guests agree to behave civilly and respect neighbors.
They also undertake to respect the material and equipment placed at their disposal, to take care of the latter and to notify Tierra de Arte of any damage they observe.
If the general rules of coexistence are not respected, Tierra de Arte has the right to demand that guests vacate the accommodation immediately.
NOISE
Guests should keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb occupants of neighboring accommodation or nearby neighborhood areas - especially during nighttime hours (9 pm to 10 am).
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental, eviction, forfeiture of rent paid, and additional charges that may be deducted from the damage deposit.
Guests must notify Tierra de Arte of any disputes or complaints with other resort guests or neighbors as soon as possible.
SECURITY
Whenever guests leave the accommodation, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain safety and prevent rain and water damage.
Guests agree not to reproduce and/or give the keys to the property to third parties, and to take the necessary security measures to prevent access to the property by unauthorized persons. In case of loss of keys, guests must notify Tierra de Arte as soon as possible.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Any request to modify the date of the stay must be approved by Tierra de Arte. If, for any reason, the client must cancel all or part of the reservation, the cancellation policy corresponding to that of their reservation will apply.
If, for any reason beyond its control, including force majeure, Tierra de Arte is forced to modify the conditions of the reservation, it must immediately inform the guest. If an agreement is not reached on the conditions of the modification, the entire amount will be returned to the guest and they will not be able to make any other claim.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tierra de Arte is not responsible for any damage that may be caused with the use of the equipment or in cases of theft, fire and other criminal activities. In any circumstance, Tierra de Arte will do everything possible to quickly find a solution to any type of incident. While staying at the accommodation, the guest is responsible for all personal valuables.
PERSONAL DATA
The treatments and use of personal data are processed solely for the following purposes:
- management of the stay and the requested services and communication with guests
- information to local authorities, as required by Castellón Tourism regulations.
The information is stored on a secure server for the time necessary to carry out the different treatments, in accordance with tourism regulations.
The data collected by Tierra de Arte, in no case, will be transferred to third companies, except to local authorities.
